Project Description: Aguirre & Associates was the survey and mapping sub-consultant to the Encina Wastewater Authority for the improvements to the wastewater treatment plant. Survey duties included deliver of aerial mapping of the entire plant property at the requested scale and contour interval, design surveys and staking, and preparation of a legal description, plat and closure calculations for the street dedication of Avenida Encinas along the plant property frontage.
