Project Description: Aguirre & Associates is the survey and mapping subconsultant to MTDB for the General Right-of-Way Consultant contract. The primary on-call duties are for the Mission Valley East LRT project. Aguirre & Associates performed surveying and mapping services for aerial and right-of-way mapping control for this project. Duties included performing GPS surveys for primary control, conventional surveys for boundary and topographic checks of the aerial mapping, preparation of right-of-way plans, legal descriptions and plats for property acquisition, and preparation of Caltrans relinquishment maps and joint use and maintenance exhibits.
