Project Description: Aguirre & Associates was the survey and mapping sub-consultant to the Otay Water District. Survey duties included research record survey control information, establish horizontal (NAD83) and vertical (NGVD29) control at the site, set and survey aerial control targets, set and survey supplemental project control, perform ground surveys as requested, perform right-of-way survey, prepare right-of-way base map, manage aerial mapping and delivery of color ortho-photo, prepare legal descriptions and plats for easement acquisition documents in accordance with Otay Water District format.
