Project Description:
In
addition to performing the on-site topographic and design surveys needed
for the engineering of the project, Aguirre & Associates prepared and
processed the subdivision map, set boundary and interior corner monuments, and
provided construction staking for all on-site and off-site improvements for this
19-lot, 18-unit PRD including retaining wall, rough grade, underground
utilities, curb, finish grade and building stakes. Certifications for all
as-built conditions were provided per City of La Mesa requirements.
