Aguirre & Associates was responsible for all construction staking duties for this complex structure designed by Wallace E Cunningham, Inc. and built by Weir Brothers Construction. Duties included establishing horizontal and vertical control, staking property lines, rough grading, access driveway, drainage system, shoring, retaining/site walls, pump room, and building foundations. Constant communication was maintained between our office, the project architect, the project contractor and subcontractors to resolve issues and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
